Steps:
1. Install a VPN extension on Chrome
Examples: ProtonVPN, Urban VPN, NordVPN extension
Connect to the country you want (e.g., USA, UK).
2. Open Chrome
(This avoids saved cookies from your country).
3. Go to TikTok website
Visit: https://www.tiktok.com/signup
4. Create a new email account first
Open Gmail/Outlook in a new tab (while VPN is still ON).
Sign up and complete the email registration.
5. Sign up for TikTok
On the TikTok sign-up page, choose Sign up with Email.
Use your newly created email and fill in details (birthday, password).
6. Confirm Email
TikTok will send a verification code to your email. Enter it.
7. Done
Your TikTok account is now created in that foreign region.
